A pairing dinner with a menu from Chef Joe and Michael Ros wines, including a pre-release taste of the 2022 Midnight, a Petite Sirah and Alicante Bouschet blend due for release December 5. It opens Fredericksburg Food & Wine Week. 6 PM, $130 per person.
