Housed at the Texas Wine Collective, Heath Sparkling makes the most decorated traditional-method sparkling wine in the state. Brian and Jennifer Heath came to bubbles late, after Grape Creek was already established; the results have routinely scored 90-plus from the critics that pay attention.
