Dan Gatlin has been making Texas wine for longer than nearly anyone working today, and Inwood is the result of four decades of experimentation distilled into a tight Tempranillo-driven portfolio. The on-site bistro means food and wine revenue both, and the tasting room has the unhurried pace of a winemaker who has nothing left to prove.
